The Gîte Sainte Marguerite is a holiday apartment in Beaune, France.
Being located in the heart of Beaune, the Burgundy wine capital, you will find all types of local shops and businesses at less than 5 minutes walking (traditional bakery (bread, croissants, pastries, etc.), caterer, bars and restaurants, convenience store, self-service laundry, banks).
This ground floor apartment of 50 m2 (~ 538 sqft) is located in a quiet residence, in a small street in the historical heart of Beaune. You will find all the comfort you will need to enjoy your stay to the fullest.
In this apartment, rated 3 stars by the Visitors Center of Côte-d’Or (department in which Beaune is located), you will find:
- A dining area with a 5 pers. table, opened on a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, electric oven, fridge-freezer, dish washer, microwave-grill, coffee machine and a toaster)
- A living room area (TV with international channels available, DVD player and free Wi-Fi)
- Two bedrooms. In the first one, you will find a queen-size bed, its two nightstands and a desk. In the second one, two twin-size beds can be linked in order to make a king-size bed
- A small backyard (30 m2 / ~ 323 sqft) and its garden furniture will give you the opportunity to relax, while tasting a glass of a good Burgundy wine with some local charcuterie and cheese. For our client coming with their children, they will be able to play outside securely.
The tourist tax is a supplement of 1,40€ per night and per person (free for children under 18).
